Hi, I'm Matt and this is my fitness blog. 

Everyone is welcome at nobody fitness. I cover a wide range of fitness and health topics, so there's something for everybody.

However, I have a special place in my heart for those who've lost their way and let life get the better of them, like I did.  So, I will focus a lot on how to transform from fat to fit.

I hope to point you in the right direction and help you find ways to lose fat, gain muscle, and take back control of your life.
